Swan Boy

Swan Boy is a TV show adaptation of a webcomic created by the incredibly funny and talented Branden Reese. Working alongside Background Director Jeremy Jusay and Augenblick Studios, I came onto the project to replicate the established visual style while developing a color palette that would make Branden’s characters pop! Since the original comic features very few backgrounds, Branden entrusted me with creating key character locations and expanding the world with a variety of new environments. I immensely enjoyed working on Swan Boy, especially exploring the different locations and developing unique color palettes to bring each environment to life, yet keeping it all in the same world.
