MAGICAL GIRL FRIENDSHIP SQUAD

Background Paint / Background Clean | SYFY © 2020
Worked with Cartuna to paint and clean backgrounds for multiple episodes. All designs shown were created by Matt White, Nina Gania, and Wyeth Yates. This project was a blast to work on, with fun, detailed designs and loud, expressive colors that made each background really exciting to paint!

This was a huge background created to be used across multiple shots as the characters are pulled through the tube. Because of how large the environment was, I had to make sure there was enough space for the characters and different shots while keeping the colors, lighting, and details cohesive throughout the entire background. This was a really involved piece that took a lot of time to put together, but it was a lot of fun to see the whole environment come together!
